Before Terranova Landscape & Design Inc. became a full-service landscape design and construction company, founder Mike Linn was working in gardening and landscape maintenance across Florida. As he built relationships with homeowners, clients repeatedly came up with one request.
“Can you help us design our outdoor space?”
Homeowners wanted help with designing their outdoor spaces, not just maintaining them. The requirement was clear – outdoor environments that were beautiful, functional, and built around the way they lived. Above all, they needed a trusted partner who could bring their vision to life!
These conversations sparked the beginning of Terranova Landscape & Design Inc.
Started with a few custom landscape designs and steadily grew into a company providing complete outdoor solutions right from design and 3D visualization to permitting and construction. The company has completed thousands of landscape designs and hundreds of construction projects, earning recognition for craftsmanship, thoughtful planning, and customer satisfaction.

Our Work Process & Services:
We begin with our DESIGN PROCESS. Every project starts with a detailed consultation. We take measurements of the property and or pull those from databases and GPS / location visualization systems. On recovering this, our team recreates the entire property in our advanced 3D design software. This allows homeowners to see a 3D landscape design preview of their future outdoor space before construction begins.
From luxury pool, outdoor kitchen, pergola, fire feature, landscape lighting, to a complete backyard transformation, every detail can be explored, adjusted, and refined during the design phase.
On completion we share the design preview to discuss the details, changes and other requirements and finally finalize the construction-ready blueprint.
From Blueprint to Reality
With the approved design & construction in place, Terranova handles everything from start to finish. HOA coordination, city permitting requirements, ensuring the project complies with local regulations, all these things are taken care off, while you enjoy your regular schedules.
We use highly skilled craftsmen and professionals and a supervisor to get the project completed from start to finish. Upon completion the client gets a full walkthrough, and signs off on the end results.
